BuyFossils is a small fossil shop based in Valencia, Spain. We started in 2008 as a family-run project.
For many years we were mostly offline—selling locally and through direct contacts. In 2025 we brought the shop online, which is why the website and domain are new.
We sell real fossil specimens with clear descriptions and real photos of the exact piece you’ll receive. Every fossil is unique, with natural wear that’s part of its story.

Research & Educational Use
BuyFossils has supplied specimens to teachers students and private collectors who use fossils for study and classroom discussion. Some pieces have been used in school settings and small displays. From time to time we provide specimens for educational purposes when available.
We are an independent retail shop and are not formally affiliated with universities or museums. If you are an educator looking for specific material you can contact us and we will let you know what is currently available.
Our fossils are sold as genuine natural specimens unless clearly stated otherwise. When available we include information about the locality and geological formation provided by the supplier. Some pieces may also include a simple certificate of authenticity.
